Research and Analysis Manager

Part of our System Change and Capability team, Marine supports and coordinates all research, modelling and analysis capabilities at ClimateWorks in line with our objective of achieving system-level change.

Marine and her team oversee continuous learning, collaboration and improvement in research, modelling and analysis across ClimateWorks, through strategic thinking, technical support, enhanced coordination, knowledge sharing, dedicated capability building and resources creation.

Prior to this role, Marine was a Senior Project Manager at ClimateWorks for two years, delivering a number of advisory and research projects and supporting the development of ‘whole of economy’ long-term decarbonisation pathways for Australia. Her focus was on sustainable finance, scenario analysis and TCFD recommendations.

Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Marine was an Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young Australia. She worked within the EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team, both in France and in Australia, specialising in climate change, energy and sustainability advisory and assurance. Marine built expertise in Sustainable Development Goals, climate change scenarios and Marginal Abatement Cost Curves (MACC), as well as National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) and Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF) audits, National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS) certification and life cycle analysis.

Marine holds a Masters of Science from French engineering school, Ecole Centrale Lyon, where she specialised in Environment, Energy and Consulting.
